Terms of use
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These documents are provided in multiple languages for convenience. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version is the source of truth and prevails.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Discond — the websites, apps, and related services that aggregate publicly available discount and voucher information for the UAE (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Discond (“Discond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Discond is (and is not)
Discond aggregates and displays offer, business, branch, and provider information sourced from third-party discount programmes, banks, coupon sites, and similar partners. We help you discover and compare deals. We are not the merchant, not the membership programme that issues the offer, and not a party to any redemption between you and a partner or merchant.
Offer details, eligibility, availability, pricing, and redemption rules are set by third parties and may change, expire, or be withdrawn without notice. Always confirm the current terms in the partner app, bank portal, or with the merchant before you redeem.
Discond does not process payments for partner memberships or merchant purchases through the Service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use account features. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s involvement as required by law.
You may sign in with supported third-party account providers (currently Google on consumer surfaces). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest the Service in a way that overloads or bypasses our interfaces; (b) attempt unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) misuse content request or feedback features (for example by submitting spam or misleading reports); (e) use the Service to violate law, third-party rights, or partner programme rules; or (f) reverse engineer the Service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Content and intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service software, branding, and original compilation of content. Partner logos, business names, and offer text remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification and information purposes.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial discovery of offers. You may not republish substantial portions of our catalog or branding in a competing product without our prior written consent.
If you submit content requests or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material to operate and improve the Service.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to partner apps, merchant websites, map directions, and other third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OFFER INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCOND AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR FROM RELIANCE ON OFFER DATA OR PARTNER SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UAE DIRHAMS (AED 100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Discond and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
12. Language
We may make these Terms available in languages other than English. Translations are for convenience only. In case of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version controls.
13. Contact
