Wind Rises is a sailing community based at Mina Rashid Port. Open to complete beginners and experienced sailors, it offers everything from relaxed sailing sessions to competitive racing. An instructor is always on board, so no special skills or clothing are needed. The mission is to make sailing accessible, affordable and inclusive. With 5,000+ sailors from 65 countries, it feels like any easy city plan.
